What we collect through this website, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry we receive the details you type into the form: your name, company or property, work email, phone, property type and size, city and message, and the figures you entered in the savings estimator if you sent one. We also record which page you sent it from, the website or campaign that brought you here (on this visit and your first), how many times you have visited, the product you asked about, and the approximate city your connection comes from, so we can answer properly and route you to the right person.
How we use it
Only to reply to your enquiry, arrange a demo or survey, and send you the information you asked for. We do not sell your details or share them with anyone outside Leo Automations, except the services that run this website for us.
Services we use
The site is hosted on Vercel, which also provides visit statistics without cookies. Enquiries are stored in a Google Sheet in our Google account and emailed to our team. These providers process data on our behalf and only as needed to run the site.
Cookies and advertising
With your permission, given in the banner, we may use Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) to measure which of our adverts bring enquiries, and Microsoft Clarity to see how pages are used (it hides what you type into forms). They set cookies in your browser. When you send an enquiry after accepting, your email and phone may be passed to Google Ads in scrambled (hashed) form to count the enquiry against the advert that brought you. If you choose "Only necessary", none of this happens, and the site works the same. You can change your choice by clearing this site's data in your browser.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the details you sent us at any time through the contact form. We keep enquiry details only as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any project that follows.
