One room, one night

The guest checks in

The front desk checks the guest in. Before they reach the door the room has gone from unsold to ready: AC at 24 °C, the welcome scene set.

Out for dinner

The key card leaves the slot. Thirty seconds later the lights are off and the AC eases back to 27 °C. Nobody pays to cool an empty room.

  3. One sample room

We build one room completely so you can stay in it, test it and sign it off before anything is ordered.

  4. Floor by floor

Our engineers install while the hotel stays open, with wireless kits where walls cannot be opened.

  5. Switch-on

Every room is commissioned and tested against the PMS before it goes back on sale.

Questions

Can you work in an open hotel? Yes. Our wireless retrofit kit runs over Wi-Fi and RF, so rooms are converted floor by floor without opening walls, and the rest of the hotel stays sold.

Which PMS do you connect to? The one your hotel runs. Check-in prepares the room and check-out sets it to unsold. We confirm the interface for your PMS during the survey.

How long does a project take? From a few weeks for a floor or a boutique hotel to several months for a large new build. You get a timeline after the survey.

Where do you work? Across India. We have completed projects in 15+ cities and come to your property for the survey, the installation and support.

Can the panels match our interiors? Yes. Keypads and courtesy panels are drawn for each project: finish, colour, icons, text and engraving.

Do you work with consultants? Yes. We work alongside MEP consultants, interior designers and electrical contractors from design stage, and provide drawings and schedules for tender.

What does it save? Most of the saving comes from rooms that are empty or unsold but still cooled. We estimate it for your property during the survey, from your room count and occupancy.

Offices and homes too? Yes. The same controllers, panels and software run corporate floors, villas and apartments.
